For Malaysians, badminton is more than just a sport — it is part of our national identity. From the Sidek brothers to the era of Lee Chong Wei and now Lee Zii Jia, Malaysian badminton has always held a special place in our hearts. At my96, we understand this passion, which is why we have invested in building the most comprehensive badminton betting platform in Malaysia.
The first thing you'll notice on my96 is the sheer breadth of betting markets. Most other platforms stick to simple bets like who wins the match. At my96, you can bet on who wins the first set, the total points in a specific set, whether the match ends in two or three sets, point handicap, and many more specialist markets — giving players who truly know the game far more opportunities to put their knowledge to use.
Another advantage that my96 members frequently highlight is the speed of odds updates. In badminton, situations can shift in the blink of an eye — a long rally, a momentum swing after a tactical time-out, or a sudden string of unforced errors can completely change the course of a set. The my96 system captures all of these shifts and adjusts odds in under 0.5 seconds, ensuring you always have the most up-to-date information when making your betting decisions.
More than just picking a winner — my96 offers the most complete range of markets
Get to know Malaysia's top badminton players who are actively competing on the world stage

One of the main reasons badminton betting is so popular at my96 is that Malaysians genuinely know this sport. We grew up watching badminton on TV — we know the players by name, we understand their tactics and playing styles. That knowledge is a real edge when you're doing your analysis before placing a bet.
In live badminton betting at my96, one tip experienced bettors often rely on is watching a player's service patterns. A player who is winning a high percentage of points on serve tends to carry that momentum throughout the set. If you notice a particular player is "hot" on their serve, the in-play points handicap market can offer excellent value.
Another factor worth considering is fatigue. In tournaments like the All England or Indonesia Open, players who competed the day before may not be at their peak. my96 provides match schedule records and previous match statistics that you can use as the basis for this kind of analysis.
For team events such as the Thomas Cup and Uber Cup, overall team match betting offers exciting opportunities when you assess the balance of strength across both squads in all categories — singles, doubles, and mixed. Malaysia has historically been very strong in men's doubles, so consider the full team lineup before placing your bet.
On the financial side, all badminton betting transactions on my96 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) using the payment methods you use every day — Touch 'n Go eWallet for everyday payments, DuitNow for instant transfers, or FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. Winnings withdrawals to local bank accounts are typically completed within just 5 to 15 minutes.
My96 also offers a dedicated cashback promotion for badminton betting — every week during the BWF World Tour season, a special promotion gives players a rebate on losing badminton bets. This means your risk is automatically reduced whenever you bet on badminton matches at my96.

Real experiences from Malaysian badminton fans using my96
"I'm a huge Lee Zii Jia fan. I used to just watch his matches without betting, but since I started using my96 it's been so much more exciting. The badminton markets on my96 are really extensive — it's not just match winner; there's first set, total points, and more. Last week I won RM680 from All England. Depositing with Touch 'n Go is a breeze."
"I play badminton myself, so I understand how momentum works in the game. my96 provides really useful stats — serve win rate, long rallies, everything's there. It helps me make in-play decisions with a lot more confidence. Withdrawals to DuitNow are genuinely fast, credited within 8 minutes. Very happy with my96."
"This year's Thomas Cup has been incredible. I bet on every Malaysia match through my96 — the odds for Malaysian players are really competitive. The cash out feature saved me once when our player started struggling in the third set. Pulled out RM320 before the loss. my96's CS also responds quickly whenever I have questions. Highly recommended!"
